    1. While Al-Anon is specific to other’s drinking that bothers us, the tools gained there can be applied to many situations. Only you can decide if Al-Anon is right for you. There are other 12 step groups more specific to addictions such as Nar-Anon. I’m not sure if there is a group in your area. Best wishes!
